| Hi Lane: This is way over due, but I just wanted the say “Thank you” for responding to our situation on 4/13/09. It was a Good Friday evening on a holiday weekend when the micro burst hit our facility causing extensive damage. With in 30 minutes of my call you and your team were on our roof even though it was still storming. You rapid response saved us thousands of dollars in damaged product. I appreciate how you worked through the holiday to patch the gaping holes in our roof and how you helped me during the insurance process.
