popular for low slope roofs due to the lower cost of installation.
Single ply roof systems provide the building owner with a cost
effective way to replace his building's failing roof while minimizing
interruptions to the employees inside.
Built up and Modified Bitumen:
Built up and Modified Bitumen roof systems would traditionally be
considered by most roofing contractors to be the most durable
roof system today. These roof systems are ideal chooses for
high traffic areas and buildings where routine maintenance is
performed on roof top equipment.
Metal panels/ Standing Seam:
Metal Panel/Standing Seam, Metal Panel and standing seam roof
systems are most common on newer buildings such as
warehouses and office spaces where there is minimally traffic on
the roof. Metal roof systems need regularly roof inspections
more so than the other common roof systems to check for
proper water drainage from the roof system, Standing water on
a metal roof for a long period of time will allow rust to form
prematurely deteriorating the roof system. The cost to restore a
metal roof is usually much less than the replacement of the other
roof systems and can be done with minimally interruptions to the
employees inside.

system to help extend the life of the roof at minimally cost
compared to a re-roof or a full roof replacement and in most
